For instance, if you need to lose 100 or more pounds, don’t choose a diet that promises to help you reach your goal weight in 12 weeks…that is simply unrealistic AND potentially unhealthy.
Partner with someone else who has similar goals
Our last tip to help ensure your success with ANY weight loss diet program is to find someone to go through the process with you. This may seem difficult, but ask around your family and friends. Surely you know someone else that may need to lose weight and would love to partner with so that you can support each other’s success. Finding someone to work a particular diet program with you is an excellent way to help each other stay motivated and make sure you each keep working the program exactly as directed. Sharing the process with someone else also helps to fight the potential boredom that can set in when going on a diet alone.
